Incubate Hackathon 2021

It's happening FINALLY! We are super excited to bring back the Incubate Hackathon (Hack) this year after a COVID-imposed hiatus! #incubatehack #startuplife #entrepreneur

What Is The Hack?

Incubate Foundation is running the next Hack on the 22nd of May 2021, a fun and fascinating weekend where teams design new businesses that address important issues. Teams of 3-6 can choose from four different topic areas, then rapidly ideate, test and build new businesses, culminating in a big pitch on the final afternoon. You’ll learn about how entrepreneurs can tackle tough topics, how to generate new business ideas, how to talk to your market, how to improve your startup, and how to pitch a business to a panel of experts.

What Can I Expect?

A Hack is an intense and exciting environment – lots of new people, interesting ideas, rapidly change and a prize on the line. You can register with an existing team, or join a new team with other young people who want to create something meaningful. At the end, you have the option to keep building your business, or build something completely different. A Hack is a big kickstart for your ideas, and the chance to meet other passionate co-founders.

We’re going to encourage you to think broadly about startup concepts, to dig into tough challenges, to take risks and to not fall in love with your first idea.

Sessions run from 9:30am to 5:00pm on Saturday , and includes lunch and refreshments.

Eligibility

Open to Victorian residents aged 18 to 35. You can register as a team or as an individual. We will teach you the rest! If you have thought of starting a business, have a side hustle, already have a business, or even have a business idea, you are what we are looking for!

Expressions of Interest are now open! Register here!

If you have any questions, comment or DM and we will address your queries.
