Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Incubate Foundation Inc has been adjourned as per Clause 37 of our Constitution to March 24, 2021 18:30 Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney.

The ordinary business of the meeting will be:
To confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting and of any general meeting held since that meeting.
To receive from the Board reports upon the transactions of the Association during the last preceding financial year.
To receive Board members of the Association and the ordinary members of the committee
To receive and consider the financial statement submitted by the Association to members in accordance with section 100(1) of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic).
The special business of the meeting will be:
