Incubate Fellowship Program

The Incubate Fellowship Program is a bespoke personal development and professional development program. Incubate Foundation sometimes runs this program in-house with our skilled facilitators or we can work with you to develop a program with the sessions your participants need.

Run over a few sessions; each session is run to create a particular outcome in a fully immersive program with practice opportunities and activities until you are ready for feedback and to showcase your skills.

The full program includes the following sessions:

1. Vision Mapping exercise supporting participants to develop their own vision, gaols and pathway to achieving those goals.

2. Public Speaking and Media Advocacy supports participants to build their public speaking confidence with techniques and many practice opportunities. The full class includes video sessions and presentations.

3. Job Ready supports participants to develop an excellent CV, practice interview sessions and hone in on effective job searching techniques and cover writing.

4. Business Ready supports those who want to explore developing a side hustle, a full business or develop an entrepreneurial mindset to encourage smart risk taking and innovation.
