Winds of Change
If there is anything positive that COVID has brought to the world in 2020, it is definitely Change. From blowing through our personal lives, shifting our everyday norms and forcing us to re-evaluate what truly matters, to highlighting much needed social change in #BLM #EndSARS, #djabwurrung and #notreesnotreaty, change has been happening right before our eyes.
We too have gone through change as COVID has forced us to re-evaluate how we will operate going forward. We have done some deep reflection while in lockdown to assess where best we can make impactful change.
Over the years we have trialled many programs to meet our members needs and over time those needs have also evolved. We believe it is time for us to pivot to meet the future demands of our members and provide relevant tools and resources for the future.
We are really excited to be unveiling our new 2021-2023 Strategy at our upcoming AGM and hope you can join us for some updates on what we will be focusing on for the next two years. We believe 2 years is sufficient enough for us to fulfil the strategy and be nimble enough to shift with changing needs.
As per 2020 theme, the AGM will be virtual via Zoom so you can join us for a live interactive session in the comfort of your home/work. We will also record the session and have it archived on our website for a period of time for those that cannot attend the live session.
Until then, we are excited for the second part of our Bridge program which we will be unveiling real soon so watch this space for more updates
